Shipping
All orders are shipped from Kalona, IA. Orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days. Our standard shipping rates include USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. If you need your order quicker, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Non-Perishable Items
Returns on non-food items must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please contact us first for a return authorization and return instructions.
If a non-food item is damaged or not functioning properly upon receipt, please contact us directly with detailed information. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that unless there is a defect or a shipping mistake on our part, we do not cover return shipping costs.
Food Items
All sales on food items are final. Returns are only accepted for items damaged or defective upon receipt. Documentation and immediate notification of damage, within 48 hours of delivery, are required.
Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless these conditions are met. To ensure the safety of our customers, we do not resell food products that may have been improperly stored or exposed to contaminants.
